Automatic Washers
The GW-170 automatic washer series are galvanized steel containers that clean spray guns, tools and small parts within a short period of time. The washing drum is made of stainless steel with a sealing door, an air pump, hoses for picking up thinner, and a control unit at the top of the washer. The clean and working solvent containers are stored at the bottom of the unit in pails, and are drawn according to the operator’s settings.
During the washing cycle, the door to the washing chamber must remain closed, if opened then a safety valve stops the cycle from continuing and from harming the operator. Vapours and fugitive fumes generated on the inside of the washer are automatically exhausted after the cleaning cycle is done via the rear panel. The air filters suck the vapours and fumes through a pair of nozzles to be directed out the exhaust stack, preventing harmful emissions from being released in the building.
