Solvent Saver Series

Solvent Recovery From 5 to Over 800 Gallons a Day

The Solvent Saver Series is a family of fully automated solvent recovery systems built from 304 stainless steel and certified Class I Division I explosion proof. Choose the Batch, Small, Medium or Large system to match the volume of solvent waste you generate every day.

Lower solvent costs. Recover up to 95% of your available solvent and reuse it, instead of buying new and hauling waste away.

Four systems by daily volume. Batch (5-50 gal/day), Small (30-300 gal/day), Medium (300-800 gal/day) and Large (over 800 gal/day).

Ready to grow. Need more capacity? Maratek also builds engineered-to-order and continuous systems for high-volume recovery.

Built for: printing, coatings, automotive, aerospace, food, paint, finishing, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

Buy it or rent it. Rentals and financing are available, including no upfront equipment cost through Share The Savings.

Working with smaller volumes? See the Solvent Saver Batch.

How It Works

Every Solvent Saver uses distillation to turn used solvent back into clean solvent:

  1. Feed: Dirty solvent is fed from drums or a holding tank.
  2. Distill: The still heats and vaporizes the solvent, leaving contaminants behind.
  3. Condense and reuse: Clean solvent is condensed and returned to your process or a clean tank.
