Very often sludge is generated during the distillation process during solvent recycling, and unfortunately, this sludge is often difficult to deal with as it can be toxic, heavy and difficult to remove.

Because this is an important problem to solve, we have developed a state-of-the-art tilting feature on our fully automated Maratek RS-30 Solvent Saver. This successfully solves this problem by making sludge removal quick and easy.

The tilting feature on the Maratek RS-30 Solvent Saver allows you to angle the Solvent Recycler machine so that the sludge from the solvent distillation process easily pours out, or flows directly into a special liner bag, making the removal process quick, easy, efficient and easy to handle.
